responsibilities:
- Performs a variety of complex administrative projects, with an emphasis on contracts administration for a department or a division, primarily related to a structured business process.
- Complete special projects as assigned. Review business contracts for data to be extracted, formatted and entered into business tools in conjunction with the contract stakeholders and /or after negotiated agreements are concluded. Draft agreements, kick-off projects with production, and manage relationships.
- Data entry into contract database. Responsible for contributing to process improvements, documenting best practices and maintaining key tools for the team.
- Organize workflow to effectively monitor documentation submitted through multiple departments.
- Coordinate contract reviews through meeting, conference calls and email. Serve as a point of contact to educate user community in the Contract Management & Compliance Process. Other duties as assigned.
