Must Haves:

• 5+ years’ experience in a paralegal, licensing specialist, contract analysis, or related role
• Proven experience with document / license / contract analysis
• Experience providing customer serviceto internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction
• Understanding of compliance
• Able to research and follow the steps need to renew and acquire licenses / contracts
• Proficient in MS Office & Excel
• Detail oriented & organized
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Plusses

• Experience working with defaults
• Proven experience with the acquisition and renewal of licenses (business, liquor, pharmacy, tobacco, general merchandise)
• Advanced license renewal experience
• Pharmaceutical/healthcare industry experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in legal studies
• Experience auditing licensing agreements or writing them

Insight Global is seeking temporary Contract/License Administrators to assist a large retail/healthcare client in Deerfield, IL. This individual is responsible for compliance and audit management, process management, and client relationship management.
