Key Responsibilities:
Execute general accounting functions, such as preparation, analysis, and reconciliation of financial statements.
Manage month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
Analyze financial data to identify trends and deliver insights that inform strategic decisions.
Collaborate with various teams to uphold accounting standards and maintain robust internal controls.
Develop and enhance financial policies, procedures, and systems to improve operational efficiency.
Produce and evaluate financial reports, including budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.
Mentor and oversee junior accounting staff, nurturing their professional development.
Stay abreast of the latest regulations and industry trends to ensure best practices in accounting.
Coordinate with external auditors and provide necessary support during audits.
Qualifications:
Proven track record as a Senior Accountant, with specific experience in NetSuite.
CPA certification is preferred, as is a foundation in public accounting.
Thorough understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent communication abilities, capable of explaining complex financial information clearly.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, managing multiple priorities efficiently.
Experience with ERP systems is highly advantageous.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
