As part of the Recruiting team, you will work in a dynamic, fast paced environment, with team members distributed across the US, with rich and varied experience.

The Contract Recruiter role will be part of the Technical Recruiting team, which manages a considerable number of Technical, Engineering and Operations roles.

This is a contract role for 6 months and will be based in Clayton, IN. Candidates must be willing to work onsite at least 3 days a week.

What you'll do on a typical day:

• Recruit for a variety of technical and non-technical roles, assigned to you to based on changing business needs
• Maintain ongoing reports that provide updates on the progress made on each requisition

• Identify, support and implement sourcing and marketing strategies using various recruiting and social media platforms, job boards and other sources to attract and secure qualified candidates

• Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure positions are filled with highly talented candidates in a seamless and timely manner
• Develop innovative and creative ways to attract the most qualified and diverse candidates

• Effectively partner with members of the immediate and broad Talent Acquisition group to ensure success of the entire team
• Consistently demonstrate a positive, can-do attitude and the self-motivation to do whatever it takes to achieve success for the team in a quality, professional manner while maintaining a high standard of integrity and work ethic

Required skills and experience:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant work experience
• 2-5 years of experience in sourcing and screening candidates
• Expert level knowledge and deep hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder and other popular sourcing tools
• Experience with Microsoft Office

• Demonstrated confidence in all settings when advising/partnering with business leaders; ability to maintain professionalism and focus in an ambiguous environment
• Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively in an environment with competing demands
• Solutions oriented with strong problem-solving and follow-up skills
