- Negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure favorable terms, pricing, and quality standards.
- Evaluate current contracting processes, identify gaps, and develop strategies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness within the ERP framework.
- Manage contract lifecycle activities from initiation to renewal or termination, including contract drafting, review, execution, and documentation.
- Monitor vendor performance and compliance with contractual obligations, resolve disputes or discrepancies, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers, fostering partnerships based on trust, transparency, and mutual benefit.
- Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on contract-related matters, including contract interpretation, negotiation strategies, and risk management.
- Conduct training sessions for staff members to promote understanding and utilization of the ERP system and contracting processes
- Provide regular progress updates and reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommended actions.
