Location: Various locations across Illinois.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
- Manage the contract lifecycle from negotiation to execution and renewal.
- Maintain accurate records of all contracts and related documents.
- Resolve any disputes or issues related to contracts.
- Work closely with legal, procurement, and business teams to ensure contract alignment with business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in law, business administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in contract management, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of contract law and negotiation techniques.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
