About the Opportunity
The Contract Management Administrator supports the Contract Administration Organization with daily activities surrounding the Service Excellence Manager and their teams by providing assistance with a focus on customer service, responsiveness, accuracy, and follow-through.
As Contract Management Administrator, you will:
- Set up and manage preventive maintenance contracts in ERP system
- Opening monthly service jobs for all locations
- Validate and qualify service needs with customers before opening preventive maintenance service jobs
- Move jobs from free to planned to ensure procurement
- Follow up on customer purchase order numbers for contracts
- Follow up with executed copies of contracts
- Support service coordinators in scheduling monthly service jobs
- Manage service parts used for service in the ERP system by equipment
- Update of leads, opportunities, quotes and orders in CRM
- Manage Excel spreadsheets for monthly reporting to Contract Administration Manager
About You
- Minimum of a two-year degree or two years of relevant experience as listed below
- Minimum of two years' experience in an administrative support role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel, Outlook, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment
- Keen attention to detail
