Contract HR Mgr at Nagler Group

Are you an experienced HR professional with a background in non-profits and/or higher education looking to put your proven leadership skills to work for a highly respected organization? In this HR Manager contract role, you will be responsible for overseeing employee relations, recruitment, benefits administration, and compliance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree Preferred
• 1-3 years’ experience in HR Manager role (strong HRBP or Generalist would also be considered)
• Higher education or non-profit experience desirable
• Experience with new systems implementation a plus
• Proficient in MS and Google suites
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse populations
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
