Contract Executive Assistant- $30/hour! - Beacon Hill

Our client, a leading global manufacturing company, is actively seeking a motivated and detail-oriented contract Executive Assistant to jump in and support the Chief Information Officer and IT Leadership Team! The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a proactive work ethic to effectively support the CIO and contribute to the team's success!

About You:

• 4+ years of relevant experience in an administrative or executive support role, preferably in a technical or IT environment.
• Proven ability to excel under pressure while handling confidential information with discretion.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with all levels of personnel.
• Prior experience working in Oracle systems is required for this role.
• Strong analytical skills with exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
• A proactive and adaptable mindset, ready to support both day-to-day administrative tasks and strategic initiatives.

About the Job:

• Manage the CIO's schedule to ensure efficient use of time and priority is given to strategic meetings and deadlines.
• Prepare impactful presentations and reports for the CIO and IT Directors, contributing to department initiatives.
• Organize travel arrangements, including accommodations, itineraries, and other logistics, ensuring a smooth experience for the CIO.
• Plan all events and activities for the department, coordinating special occasion parties, training, and team-building events.
• Manage all employee transitions with minimal disruption, coordinating tech requests, setting up supplies, and notifying Corporate Facilities of changes.
• Complete special projects as needed to support the CIO and IT department in achieving business goals.

This contracted position is slated to last at least eight months, with the possibility of extension, and is paying $30/hour. This position will work onsite at the organization's headquarters in Camden, NJ alongside the CIO and their team.
