This full-time contractual coordinating role receives a competitive salary between $75,000-$90,000, along with the following benefits:

YOUR SCHEDULE
While working in this coordinating position, you work Monday through Friday, 8 am - 5 pm.
YOUR DAY AS A CONTRACT COORDINATOR
When you join our AV company, your day as a Contract Coordinator is a dynamic mix of precision and collaboration. You start by diving into contracts, carefully reviewing, drafting, and countersigning agreements with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure every detail aligns with company policies. Next, you pivot to managing the licensing process for contractor exams across multiple states-scheduling test dates, reviewing study requirements, and tracking exam completions. You stay on top of state and local construction laws, licensing requirements, and regulations throughout the day, ensuring the company remains compliant and ahead of the curve. Every task you tackle in this contractual coordinating position keeps the business running smoothly and efficiently!
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in contract management, legal administration, or a related role (preferably in the construction industry)
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, construction management, law, or a related field (preferred)
- Strong understanding of construction contracts, legal terminology, and regulatory compliance (preferred)
