The Contract Coordinator I will coordinate day to day responsibilities to assist Contract Talent Acquisitions team to include credentialing, sourcing new applicants, phone screens and customer service. They will operate out of the corporate office in Columbia MD. The Contract Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining positive customer and employee relations on various Government Projects which is critical to our Growth and Expansion.
The Contract Coordinator will also monitor opportunities more efficient processes for Contract Management This role requires self-motivated individual, strong communicator that is organized and a quick learner.
This position has a career path as follows Coordinator I, II, and Lead.
Summary of Essential Job Functions
Ø Maintain and update reports on open and vacant position
Ø Daily communication and collaborations with not only Contract Talent Acquisitions Team and other team members as needed.
Ø Sourcing candidates – reviewing resumes, searching internet resume databases, conducting phone screenings, reviewing applicant tracking system for qualified candidates.
Ø Coordinating the credentialing process with applicants
Ø Being resourceful and maintaining current knowledge of Performance Work Statements and Statement of Works on Government Projects.
Ø Manage Careers Box messages and respond timely to applicants
Ø Support Corporate Office Executive Team in various office projects and daily tasks as necessary.
Ø Administrative Functions to include; taking phone calls, mail distribution, messages, scheduling (interviews/meetings/orientations/trainings), greeting guest and booking conference rooms
Ø Will work closely with HR; to assist in filing and managing employee records, reports, audits, scheduling interviews
Ø Will serve as an on-call person once or twice a month as primary contact
Required Qualifications
Ø Associates Degree; or 1 year experience with some college business courses
Ø 1 to 2 years of one or all the following credentialing, recruitment, staffing, and scheduling, customer service
Ø Must have a professional phone and in person demeanor/appearance
Ø Effective communication, writing and problem resolution skills
Ø Must be assertive and ability to have hard conversations with employees when needed.
Ø Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, typing, and data entry experience required
Ø Use of a Applicant Tracking and HRIS/HCM system a plus.

Ø This job operates in a professional corporate office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers, smartphones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and scanners.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
Ø This is a full-time position; days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Ø On call rotation and one late day during week is required
Travel
Ø This position requires up to 10% travel.

Work Location:
Corporate Office Columbia, MD is in prime office space, walking distance to mall, eateries and free access to Corporate Gym. Based on District Assigned some Contract Managers will have the ability to telecommute on occasion (must be authorized by HR).
