ResponsibilitiesBilling
- Preparing monthly billing for state contracts and submitting them in the Enterprise Invoice Management (EIM) system.
Record Keeping
- Maintaining detailed schedules of contracts and other relevant information.
Revenue Recording
- Preparing monthly summaries of state contract billing and retroactive billing.
Reconciliation
- Ensuring all aspects of revenue recognition and billing are reconciled.
Support
- Assisting the FP&A team with annual audits and the Uniform Financial Statement (UFR).
Skills
Intermediate Excel skills.
High organization and attention to detail.
Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
