We are seeking versatile Contract Attorneys barred in Georgia with diverse legal backgrounds for upcoming and ongoing contract roles. Whether you specialize in litigation, corporate law, real estate, compliance, or another area, we have projects that align with your expertise. These roles offer flexibility and the chance to work with respected firms and companies on exciting legal matters.
Key Responsibilities (Depending on Assignment):
- Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, and contracts
- Manage discovery, including document review and deposition preparation
- Support transactional matters, including contract negotiation and drafting
- Advise on regulatory compliance and risk management
- Represent clients in hearings, mediations, or court proceedings
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active bar licensure in Georgia
- Experience in one or more practice areas (e.g., litigation, corporate, real estate)
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments efficiently
- Flexible and adaptable to diverse legal projects
