Job Description:
This role supports the Business & Legal Affairs department's busy and exciting merchandising division, Bravado.
- Assist supervisor and legal team with administrative duties, scheduling, expense reports, etc.
- Prepare first drafts of contracts and documents from existing templates
- Review third party comments on such contracts and documents for supervisor signoff
- Keep track of status updates in existing tracking systems (especially Monday.com)
- Data entry
- File organization
- DocuSign
- Provide reporting and updates to legal team from existing tracking systems
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exhibit a professional demeanor and good judgment
- Follow up on assignments until completion
- Self-starter who takes initiative and is resourceful; takes ownership of tasks and projects
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to interact with outside attorneys and executive management
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple assignments; work well under pressure
- Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively
- College degree, paralegal certificate a plus
- At least two years proven work experience as a Paralegal, Contract Administrator, Contract Manager, or Administrator
- Extremely detail-oriented, with an ability to spot errors
- Familiarity with Apple computers and software, mastery of Word, Excel, Monday.com, and Preview/Adobe
- Solid research, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Organizes own work, coordinating projects, setting priorities, meeting deadlines, and following up on assignments with a minimum of direction

Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of legal requirements involved with contracts
- Familiarity with copyright and trademark laws

Education:
- Associate's Degree required
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
