Public Storage has an expanding portfolio in Third Party Management, and we are looking to add a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Administrator. This position will report directly to our Operations Support Manager and provide essential support to the Acquisitions and Business Development team. The Ideal team member will create and drive a seamless environment for our Property Owners, the Business Development Managers and Client Services. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and time management skills, be well-organized, and demonstrate strong technical writing and editing ability.
Responsibilities
Negotiate management agreements with third-party owners, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, partners, and legal teams.
Redline boilerplate agreements with the ability to effectively communicate legal terms with owners and partners.
Collaborate with third-party owners to ensure contract terms are met and address any issues that arise.
Review contract solicitation terms, interpret agreement terms and conditions, identify potential issues, and review agreement amendments/modifications to incorporate changes.
Review contractual documents to ensure adherence to company policy, specifications, and requirements, identifying risks and areas of concern in contract terms and conditions.
Respond to inquiries regarding contract obligations and revisions.
Builds and maintains client relationships
Participates and coordinates transition calls between Property Managers and Client Services
Perform special projects as requested.
