About the Job
- Responsible for process control, tracking, and coordinating production and manufacturing schedules, logistics transportation, on-site services, as well as contract settlement, payment, and receipt operations.
- In charge of quality control for procured materials, ensuring quality management during material production, coordinating with manufacturers for factory inspections, collaborating with clients for on-site acceptance and warehousing, and overseeing the supervision, entrustment, and management of Category A materials.
- Responsible for logistics monitoring, logistics settlement, insurance procurement, breach of contract claims, and other related tasks for materials.
- Conduct risk prevention and control for this position, identify, and promptly report business abnormalities and risks.
- Complete other assigned tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a university or four-year college, majoring in International Trade, Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Petroleum Machinery, or related fields such as Administration or Finance.
- Proficient in using office software such as Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to travel within the Americas and to China on business trips when needed.
- Have experience in international trade and have worked on international trade contracts specifically.
- Able to conduct contract entry and other operations in the Sinopec SAP system after training.
- When needed, able to handle emails, participate in audio and video conferences, and handle urgent business as required.
- Strong sense of responsibility, coordination ability, teamwork spirit and strong cross-cultural communication skills.
