SCHEDULE/HOURS: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm EST
Pay Rate: $24-$28/hour based on experience
Responsibilities:
- Utilize Salesforce for task management
- Manage customer accounts
- Review purchase order contracts
- Process customer orders efficiently
- Communicate order updates to customers
- Ensure compliance with customer requirements
- Prepare and update customer quotes
- Handle customer inquiries professionally
- Resolve customer issues promptly
- Meet performance metrics
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong English communication skills
- Experience in customer success or account management
- Excellent organizational skills
