About the Job
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Continuous Improvement Program Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving process improvements across the company to achieve the highest quality standards. This includes providing leadership in implementing continuous improvement strategies utilizing LEAN and Agile principles within assigned plants, regions, or departments to optimize processes and enhance productivity.
Core Responsibilities:
• Develop strategies to improve operational performance and monitor their effectiveness.
• Work cross-functionally to identify and execute continuous improvement projects that align with the organization’s annual goals and strategic plans.
• Support the rapid growth of Operational Excellence maturity within the facilities.
• Collaborate with site leadership teams to analyze historical defects in processes and develop comprehensive operational excellence roadmaps.
• Manage and lead strategic continuous improvement projects to optimize value streams and enhance productivity.
• Support the development of operational excellence capabilities of facility leadership through guidance, training, and coaching.
• Provide updates and reports on operational excellence initiatives and progress to leadership.
• Drive standardization across the organization and publicize accomplishments of operational excellence activities.
Position Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
• Five or more years of related work experience in continuous improvement or quality improvement roles.
• LEAN or Six Sigma certification preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and managerial skills.
• Strong conflict management skills.
• Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language.
• Highly self-motivated and directed with keen attention to detail.
• Superior analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with ERP systems and data analytics platforms such as Tableau or PowerBI.
