About the Job
The Fountain Group is currently seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Beaver Dam, WI. Details for the position are as follows:
Direct hire position
Pay Range: $90,000 - 105,000 with 25% annual bonus
100% onsite
Job Description:
- Provide a full range of productivity services to Operations and direct cost reduction programs for the facility including leading lean events.
- Develop and measuere facility systems and developing and delivering continuous improvement training programs for the facility.
- Direction in fields of the best business practices including- but not limited to- yield improvement - workforce utilization-overhead spend - capital utilization- indirect spend- plant utilization and efficiency- working capital both raw material and finished goods. Actively participate in annual planning, weekly meetings, and daily meetings.
- Lead transformation analysis, center line definition and associated standard development. Develop control strategies to enable operators to respond to out-of-control situations.
- Lead root cause problem solving efforts on key chronic losses for the process .
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Continuous improvement experience
- Black belt or green belt certification
