As our Content Writer, you’ll play a key role in driving our content strategy across newsletters, email campaigns, sales funnels, and video scripts, helping us build a memorable and lasting connection with our global audience.

Position Overview

We’re looking for an experienced, talented Content Writer who can blend the art of storytelling with the science of conversion to deliver content that resonates and converts. This role reports directly to our Chief Creative Officer and will involve curating our newsletter, writing compelling copy for our sales funnels, writing scripts for content videos, developing email sequences for product launches, and crafting email broadcasts that align with our brand’s message.

This high-impact role is central to our content strategy, driving audience engagement, fostering growth, and creating revenue-generating content.

Key Responsibilities

Newsletter Content and Curation

• Create, curate, and write valuable content for our newsletters to keep our audience informed, inspired, and engaged with RTT®’s mission.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure newsletter content aligns with broader brand strategies and marketing objectives.

Email Broadcasts and Campaigns

• Develop impactful email broadcasts for product updates, announcements, and promotions that drive engagement.
• Design high-conversion email sequences for launches, nurturing leads and building excitement around our brand and products.

Video Script Writing

• Write compelling, on-brand scripts for RTT® content videos that communicate our mission, educate viewers, and promote RTT®’s transformative impact.
•  Work with our creative team to bring scripts to life in engaging, visually powerful content pieces.

Content Optimization and Performance

• Monitor content performance using analytics, testing new approaches, and iterating based on data to maximize engagement and conversion.
• Partner with the marketing team to optimize email content based on metrics, ensuring we’re continuously improving reach and impact while driving revenue.

Content Strategy and Collaboration

• Contribute to the overall content strategy with innovative ideas, aligning closely with other departments, including sales and product, to ensure cohesive messaging.
• Provide insights and recommendations for content based on audience feedback and trends within the personal development space.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional content writing experience, preferably in wellness, personal development, or transformational coaching.
• Proven track record of high-performing email campaigns, newsletters, and video scripts.
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, particularly around deliverability, segmentation, personalization, and conversion.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to adapt style to match RTT®’s brand voice.
• Experience using data-driven insights to refine and enhance content performance.
• Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
