Ed Morse is currently seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team!

Responsibilities

• Post invoices/vouchers on a daily basis
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve account-related issues before pay cycles
• Process warranty payments / cancellations
• Schedule reconciliations and account analysis
• Maintain vendor files
• Assist with month end closing

Qualifications

• Automotive Bookkeeping preferred.
• Minimum 2 years experience in high volume dealership accounting required
• Ability to handle responsibilities independently, with minimum supervision.
• Familiarity with accounting computer software CDK program.
• Excellent computer skills including Excel and Word.
• Must be able to work well with people on all levels and be able to communicate effectively with them.
