Job Details
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Content Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will craft compelling content that aligns with our brand voice, engages our target audience, and supports our marketing objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a wide range of marketing materials, including blog posts, social media updates, email campaigns, website content, and more.
- Create and assist in creating lead generating content using writing skills, AI experience a plus
- Review content to make sure it both meets SEO requirements and is data-accurate
- Create content roadmaps that are coherent with key, new and upcoming assessor features
- Keep an up-to-date content log and content calendar
- Explore existing assets (including webpage content, white papers, DLC, etc.) and work with in-house data team to generate new content ideas
- Stay on top of industry trends target audiences, and competitors to keep our copy inline and relevant to today’s client needs
- Other tasks as assigned by the Marketing Director
Qualifications
- Strong writing and communication skills
- The ability to translate complex data heavy topics into dense, but comprehensible content
- Attention to details
- The ability to produce content under deadlines
- Intermediate understanding of compensation and HR industry
- SEO knowledge a plus
- CMS (especially HubSpot or WordPress) experience a plus
