About the job
In this role, you will collaborate with staff and clients to deliver quality work on time. You will facilitate meetings with clients, set up project briefs, and delegate project duties to team members. Additionally, you will oversee the day-to-day work, providing assistance to the team when needed, and keeping clients up to date with the current project status. It will be your responsibility to ensure that projects stay on track and on budget, and to update clients if any of these areas shift.
You will also play a key role in Paige Black’s internal operations by developing internal processes and SOPs, as well as implementing and communicating new changes within the company to the rest of the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Account Management: Serve as the primary contact for clients, providing regular updates, answering inquiries, and fostering strong, long-term relationships.
- Project Leadership: Lead and coordinate client meetings, project kick-offs, and status updates. Ensure that all clients are informed and aligned on project timelines and deliverables.
- Content Creation and Management: Write, edit, and oversee the production of engaging content for digital platforms, including websites, social media, and email campaigns. Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and ad specialists to deliver content that meets client needs.
- Feedback and Collaboration: Collect and manage client feedback on design and content. Work closely with the creative team to ensure feedback is implemented effectively while maintaining the project’s overall objectives.
- Project Scheduling and Organization: Set up new projects, develop project timelines, and manage resources to ensure deadlines are met. Prioritize tasks and make adjustments as necessary to keep projects on track.
- Quality Assurance: Review content, designs, and campaign performance to ensure all client deliverables meet quality standards before submission.
- Reporting and Analysis: Monitor project progress, budget, and campaign performance. Provide regular performance updates to clients and internal teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 3 years of experience in marketing, content management, project management, or a related role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in content creation and editing
- Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage deadlines
- Experience using project management tools (e.g., Monday.com)
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with creative and technical teams
Location: Hybrid Position in Colorado with in-person meetings from once a month to once a quarter.
In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the approximate compensation range for this role in Colorado is $85,000 to $110,000 annual salary. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills and certifications. Benefits include remote work, PTO and L&D stipend.
