Job Description:
Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Content Manager. The Content Manager will be responsible for leading content development, collaboration with stakeholders and subject matter experts, ongoing reviews of content for relevance, and engagement.
Responsibilities:
Lead content development efforts (curation, repurposing existing content, net new
content)
Work with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to develop content and
ensure alignment
Drive engagement with marketers through relevant and high-quality content, fostering
interactions within the community, and hands-on exercises
Create learning content for live learning events such as in person marketing meetings
and lunch and learns
Conduct ongoing reviews of content to ensure its relevance, accuracy, and usefulness.
Update content as needed to reflect the latest information and industry trends.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years in Marketing, preferably in the healthcare or life sciences industry
Strong understanding of fundamental marketing concepts, strategies, and tactics
Proven experience in content management, development, and curation.
Excellent project management and coordination skills to work effectively with
stakeholders and subject matter experts.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with Roche's products, services, and target audience.
Knowledge of learning design and principles.
Experience working in the learning space.

Driving engagement with marketers
Managing gSpace and community interactions
Developing engagement plan for gSpace discussions
Learning content creation (hands on exercise, new learning content) for annual event
targeted for Oct
Ongoing review of content for relevance and update as needed
Estimated resource needed:
I. Subject Matter Expert Alignment: 5-10 hours/week
A. Locate subject matter experts and owners of previously created content
B. Meet with subject matter experts
1. Content review
2. Incorporate edits
3. Align on best practices and marketing standards
C. Facilitate content review working sessions
1. Take notes on revisions and follow-up actions
II. Content Creation: 5-20 hours/week (depends on if updating existing content,
creation of new content, source material available, etc.)
A. Update, create new learning assets every week + assistance on annual event
B. Create knowledge checks
1. Upload into Cornerstone, etc.
C. Create meeting in a box exercises (1 per module + annual event)
D. Translate existing/updated/new content into engaging modalities (video
recordings, podcasts, interactive websites, etc.)

1. Manage community interactions, develop engagement plans for gSpace,
data collection
