About the Job
Job Description
Content Manager
Location: Cupertino, CA
Schedule: Onsite Tues/Wed/Thurs
Pay: $80 to $84.50/hour DOE
Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision and more
Planet Interactive is looking for a Content Manager to join our well known Fortune 500 client on a 12-month contract. This role does require a hybrid work schedule with Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday onsite in their Cupertino office.
In this Content Manager role, you’ll work on two new internal platforms as well as work with SMEs and editors to help oversee content change requests, prioritize them, and manage their workflow. You’ll be an adept project manager and communicate effectively with key stakeholders and global business partners. You can see the big picture but will have a keen eye for detail, a knack for collaboration, and passion for content integrity, user experience and the ability to work within a CMS.
You will also help identify and drive content improvements and a better user experience, connecting the dots between platforms and other content. You will help write, rewrite, and edit content on both platforms, applying style and tone guidelines. The two main areas of focus will be supporting ‘external’ content on ServiceNow, an employee/customer support platform; and supporting the implementation of Workday and specifically looking at the platform’s instructional content (explanatory text, in-platform guides and help text, etc), and working closely with SMEs.
