Job Description:
Are you a master storyteller with a knack for crafting compelling narratives? We're seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Sales Pitch Creator and Storyteller. In this role, you'll play a vital part in acquiring and retaining our merchant partners by bringing our retail payments and marketing solutions to life through captivating storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, refine, and maintain our sales pitch system for Mid Market and SMB segments, incorporating compelling data and relevant messaging.
Collaborate closely with marketing, analytics, and sales teams to translate our capabilities into merchant-focused messaging.
Lead the enhancement of sales marketing materials, including best practices, case studies, and email outreach drafts, to communicate new product launches and success stories effectively.
Utilize your editorial and analytical skills to create messaging that resonates with retail decision-makers, supported by compelling data.
Ensure seamless integration of new content into our existing modular content library for easy deployment by sales representatives.
Provide support for enterprise sales by creating UX/UI mockups for key deals.
Regularly update core sales materials to reflect current metrics, market trends, and competitive intelligence.
Facilitate engaging and informative enablement sessions to empower merchant-facing teams with effective pitch narratives.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting sales or account management teams in fintech, SAAS, or Mar/Ad-tech industries.
Strong attention to detail and proficiency in content design, including slide creation and UX/UI design.
Experience working with Top 100 retail businesses in North America is a plus.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma preferred.
