Title: Content Designer (Digital Proucts & Services)
Location: Miramar, FL (Hybrid)
Duration: 6 month contract to begin
Compensation: 30-32 hr
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the US
Job Description:
Create visually appealing and engaging digital content for our online platforms.
• Design illustrations, graphics, and animations that effectively communicate our
brand and generate interest with our target audience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand content requirements and
develop appropriate designs.
• Research and stay up-to-date with design trends and best practices to ensure our
digital content remains fresh and innovative.
• Adapt and iterate designs based on feedback and analytics to continually improve
performance.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced
environment.
• Maintain a high level of quality and attention to detail in all design work.
Skillset / Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in design, illustration, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience working as a content designer, graphic designer, or
illustrator, with relevant portfolio examples
• Proficient in design software such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop,
Illustrator, InDesign)
• Solid understanding of best practices in email marketing design
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in collaboration tools and software (e.g., Confluence, Jira, Miro)
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Preferred Qualifications
• Proficiency in designing animation for online use
• Experience working in tandem with product designers and content strategists
• Familiarity with the lifecycle of marketing campaigns
• Video editing skills
Note: this role requires travel within the US to for in-person work sessions as needed
and alignment to EST workday schedule.
