At our Buffalo, NY, In-person Hiring Event, we will be offering full-time, seasonal positions on day and mid-day shifts. Full-time, seasonal positions are typically offered in a six-to-eight-month season and may be extended. As a seasonal employee, if you are released during the off-season, IRS will call you back at the start of each new season, so you do not need to reapply.

Duties and Qualifications: As a Contact Representative, you will provide customer support—working directly with taxpayers to resolve a variety of issues on their tax returns and tax accounts.One year of specialized customer service experience is required to qualify, however, a bachelor's degree (or combination of experience and education) can be substituted for the specialized experience requirement.
