shift timings Between 7 AM to 7 PM (8 hours shifts)
Top Skills- Customer Service, Typing, Computer knowledge. Call Center experience is needed. Medical Terminology is a plus.

As a CSC Customer Service Rep your responsibilities:
Minimum Requirements Addendum:
Experience in an administrative support role and/or customer service preferred. Healthcare, call center, or dispatch service experience preferred.
Education:
H.S. Diploma/GED Equivalent

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $17-$ $17.50/hr
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.

As a CSC Customer Service Rep your responsibilities:
- This includes answering phones for public and internal (employee, patient, visitor) customers: documentation, and dispatch of work requests.
- Experience in an administrative support role and/or customer service preferred. Healthcare, call center, or dispatch service experience preferred.:
- 2+ year experience required
- Proficient in ALL phone and work request dispatch responsibilities. Ability to fill in for CR 1's on any shift.
- Monitors environmental alarms: doors, gates, parking lot intercoms & CCTV.
- Handle difficult situations; provide conflict resolution if necessary. Excellent customer service skills.
- Read and write in the English language.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite of software.
- Comprehend instructions, correspondence, memos, and other forms of verbal and written communication.
- Be successful in a stressful, fast-paced environment.
