Our client, an established and trusted local bank is looking for a Contact Center Representative for their location in Bronx, NY. The Contact Center Representative will provide exceptional customer service and support through multiple communication channels. This position would work out of their headquarters located in Bronx, NY.
Pay: $44,000-$47,000/year depending on experience
Schedule: Full Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service Excellence: Handle customer inquiries and transactions (deposits, withdrawals, payments) via telephone, email, and website, ensuring a pleasant and professional experience.
- Technical Assistance: Provide support for Internet and Electronic Banking products, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolutions.
- Sales Opportunities: Identify customer needs and recommend bank products and services.
- Problem Resolution: Address complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
- Follow-Up: Conduct follow-ups on customer service requests and satisfaction assessments.
- Productivity Goals: Meet productivity benchmarks, including call volume and average call length, even during peak times.
