Put your strong attention to detail—and your passion for customer service—to work on the operations side of the business. Our Advisory Fees department is looking for someone to assist with processing, collecting, and reconciling Wealth Management Consulting contracts and fee payments.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing Wealth Management Consulting Agreements and Retirement Plan Consulting Agreements; working with Commonwealth advisors and various third parties to ensure proper processing of Consulting business
- Providing indispensable customer service via phone and email; responding to inquiries from advisors and others regarding Consulting business
- Resolving discrepancies in Consulting fee payments
- Backing up our in-house Service Center team by answering questions, as well as investigating and resolving escalated issues
- Working with the Transition team to help new advisors transfer their advisory business to Commonwealth
