Position Overview
We are seeking a results-oriented Consultant Relationship Sales Director to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key consultants and their employer customers. Our product is unique in the market and there is a growing awareness of our value proposition - we need a disciplined Sales Director to deepen relationships and ultimately drive revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong relationships with key consultants and decision-makers within our customer employer groups.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, proactively seeking out potential clients and understanding their unique needs.
- Sales Process: Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation, data analysis, presenting our solution and ultimately closing new customer contracts.
- Solution Selling: Present and articulate the value proposition of our unique solution, tailoring your approach to meet the specific needs of each customer.
- Consultative Selling: Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on pharmacy benefit strategies, cost-saving measures, and compliance requirements.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory changes to identify emerging opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our CEO on existing opportunities, presentations and lead generation.
- Customer Handoffs: Work closely with Customer Success to ensure flawless implementations with each customer.

Position Requirements
- Experience in a sales or consultant relationship role within the employee benefits or PBM industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Technical proficiency to be self-sufficient: pc/mac, browser, MS-Office, etc.
- Ability to work from home.
- Ability to travel up to 20%, including some overnight stays and air travel.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
