Construction Wireman - Turner Mining Group

Our client is currently seeking Construction Wiremen for immediate openings in Davenport, IA.

Main duties include but are not limited to:

• Assisting journey-level electricians with the installation of light fixtures
• Performing material handling on the jobsite
• Installing and bending conduit using manual, mechanical, and hydraulic benders
• Perform wire and cable pulls

Qualifications: 

• Previous experience in the construction or electrical industry is not required
• Familiarity with electrical tools and machinery
• Reliable transportation to get to the construction site and from job to job 
• Regular attendance, timeliness when given tasks and arrive to work on time - Required
• Ability to follow safety protocols, OSHA requirements, and wear PPE (Safety gear) on site
• Desire to learn in a hands on environment with awareness of other jobsite activities
• Attention to detail, and ability to follow instruction
