Job Description: Are you a skilled leader with a passion for construction and excellent communication abilities? We are seeking a Construction Foreman to join our team and oversee projects in multiple locations. As the Construction Foreman, you will be responsible for coordinating with clients, management, and field crews, serving as a liaison between the main office and the field. Your leadership will ensure the successful execution of projects while maintaining a high level of safety, quality, and efficiency. Responsibilities: - Communicate effectively with clients, management, and field crews - Coordinate travel to job sites in NJ, NY, CT, and WV - Evaluate progress at each job site and make decisions based on project needs - Perform Job Safety Analyses (JSAs) - Supervise construction activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations - Utilize welding skills and pipeline experience as needed - Read and interpret scopes of work and construction drawings Minimum Qualifications: - Strong leadership and communication skills - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation - Proficiency in English - Construction supervisory experience - Willingness to travel (80% of work located in NJ and NY) Preferred Qualifications: - TWIC Card - OSHA 10 certification - Confined space training - Welding experience - Pipeline experience Benefits: - Company vehicle - Company credit card - Company phone - Mileage and travel pay - Health benefits - Pension Employment Type: Full Time Salary: $30 - $50 Hourly Bonus/Commission: No
