5 Rings Construction is seeking a highly motivated Superintendent / Working Foreman. As aSuperintendent / Working Foreman, you'll play a crucial role in both managing the worksite andperforming high-level carpentry tasks. You'll oversee all aspects of construction projects, from start tofinish, ensuring everything is done on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. This position isperfect for someone who loves being in the field and taking a hands-on approach while mentoring andleading a skilled crew.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee operations on residential construction sites, completing projects to company standards
- Lead a team of carpenters and laborers ensuring, safety, quality and productivity
- Perform carpentry tasks such as framing, installing doors/windows, cabinetry, and trim work
- Collaborate with project managers to maintain project timelines and adjust schedules as needed
- Manage on-site materials and ensure tools and equipment are well-maintained
- Communicate with clients, providing updates and ensuring satisfaction with project progress.
- Ensure all work complies with local building codes and safety regulations
Qualifications:
- 3 - 5 years of experience in residential construction as a carpenter or superintendent
- Sales or business development experience, particularly within the construction industry
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients
- Familiarity with BuilderTrend or similar construction management software
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a collaborative team member
- Based in the Denver metro area or willing to commute as needed
Salary and Benefits:
- Full-time position
- $50,000 - $70,000, based on experience
- Note: This position is currently classified as a 1099 contractor, but we are actively considering transitioning to W-2 employment
