Construction Superintendent - Adecco

Job Title: Construction Superintendent
Location: Riverton, WY
Employment Type: 7AM-5PM Monday-Friday
Salary: $88,400 - $93,600 DOE

Adecco is helping a local client in Riverton, WY seeking a highly motivated and skilled Construction Superintendent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction, excellent organizational and management skills, and a strong background in civil construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager with reviewing contract documents, preparing submittals, and developing construction schedules.

• Identify labor, material, and time requirements by studying estimates, proposals, plans, specifications, and related documents to ensure safe and timely project completion.

• Oversee day-to-day operations on job sites to ensure compliance with safety standards and construction schedules.

• Provide hands-on supervision and direction to workers in the field to maintain quality control and safety.

• Work closely with the Project Engineer to handle changes to contract documents and assist in the preparation of change orders.

• Coordinate with the Project Manager to ensure timely ordering and delivery of materials, preventing project delays.

• Ensure that construction processes comply with project specifications and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of computers and software used in construction management.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Experience with heavy construction equipment, including civil, asphalt paving, and underground utilities.

• Knowledge of setting grade and site preparation processes.

• Familiarity with Department of Transportation rules and regulations is a plus.

• Ability to effectively manage teams and communicate with all levels of personnel.

• Must have a proactive approach to safety and quality control on job sites.

Pay Details: $88,400.00 to $93,600.00 per year
