- Manage and supervise construction projects from inception to completion.

- Maintain quality control and ensure that specifications are met.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
- Manage project budgets and timelines effectively.
- Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent in commercial construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, means, and methods.
- Experience with office interior projects.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Relevant certifications in construction management or safety are preferred.
