Construction Superintendent - Blueprint Hires

A multi-disciplinary architectural, engineering and construction firm is seeking a Construction Superintendent to help them efficiently oversee teams and subcontractors, ensuring project timelines and budgets are met at our Napa, CA location.

Your Day Includes

• Managing work schedules, project progress, and resource allocation
• Creating cost estimates for labor, supplies, materials, and other project costs
• Collaborate with Project Managers, other construction management to determine budget and timeline
• Coordinating materials and equipment delivery with vendors and suppliers
• Hiring subcontractors, assigning work, and overseeing their performance

Must Haves

• High End Custom Home building experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management
