Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Oversee daily field operations and manage all on-site activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure the success of each project, meeting healthcare-specific requirements and regulations.
• Team Management: Lead and mentor on-site staff, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring effective communication and coordination across the project team.
• Quality Control & Safety: Maintain high standards for safety, quality, and compliance with healthcare regulations. Conduct regular inspections and ensure that all work adheres to stringent healthcare construction guidelines.
• Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Qualifications:

• 7 years proven experience as a Superintendent with a focus on healthcare construction projects.
• Degree in Construction Management or equivalent
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
