We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Superintendent with a proven track record in multi-family housing, senior living, student housing, or hospitality projects.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily construction operations and ensure project timelines are met.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Manage project budgets and schedules effectively.
• Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues promptly.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in construction management.
• Strong knowledge of multi-family and hospitality construction.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

• OSHA certification preferred.
