We are currently looking for an experienced Construction Superintendent in the Las Vegas, Nevada area.

We are currently looking for an experienced Construction Superintendent in the Las Vegas, Nevada area.

We are looking for:
- A positive attitude
- A responsible and accountable person
- Experience with hospital and healthcare projects
- Experience in Design Build is a plus
- Relationship management
- Participate in the design review
- Oversee the construction lifecycle
- Oversee quality and safety
- Review subcontractor and vendor invoices for accuracy
- Prepare all close outs documentation.
