Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to oversee large-scale projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multimillion-dollar commercial builds, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.

Construction Superintendent Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all on-site activities for large commercial construction projects, from preconstruction to closeout.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
• Supervise subcontractors, trades, and laborers, ensuring alignment with project specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients to address any issues and maintain open communication.
• Monitor project budgets and manage resources effectively to control costs.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, including OSHA standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality control and adherence to design specifications.
• Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and leadership.

Construction Superintendent Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent managing large-scale commercial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety protocols, and building codes.
• Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam) and scheduling tools.
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project documents.
• OSHA 30 certification required; other certifications such as First Aid/CPR preferred.

• Experience managing projects over $20M in size.
• Background in diverse commercial sectors, such as healthcare, education, or retail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
