Job Title: Quality Control Manager / Superintendent - Federal Construction

Position Overview: We’re looking for a Quality Control Manager / Superintendent to oversee the daily quality control tasks for our construction projects. You’ll ensure that everything meets the required standards and collaborate with project teams to deliver a high-quality product.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the project submittal log and other quality control reports
• Lead meetings to clarify quality standards for each part of the project
• Ensure all materials meet approval standards and are properly stored and used
• Conduct quality control tests and inspections according to contract and company standards

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of construction experience with a general contractor
• QCM Certification
• OSHA 30-hour certification
• CPR/First Aid Certification
• Ability to work under pressure and travel as needed
• Knowledge of USACE
