Construction Superintendent - Industrial/ Manufacturing - Scott Humphrey Corporation

Top ENR General Contractor seeking a Lead Superintendent with experience building Warehouses & Distribution Centers, Complex Manufacturing Plants, and Data Centers builds.

Cold Storage, Food & Beverage Processing, and MEP experience is a plus.

ROLE:

• Oversee daily site operations and subcontractors
• Ensure on-time, on-budget completion of projects
• Manage safety, quality, and logistics on-site
• Provide daily reports and updates
• Address and resolve on-site issues

QUALIFICATION/ EXPERIENCE NEEDED

• 5-7+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial or industrial construction
• Strong track record of completing Ground Up Industrial, Manufacturing, or Commercial projects
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in reading blueprints and managing crews
• Verbal and Written Communication skills essential
