Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain high standards of work and safety compliance.
- Lead and mentor on-site teams to promote a cohesive and productive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction supervision or management.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of safety protocols and local building codes.
- Proficiency in construction management software like Procore or equivalent.
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred.
