You must possess the following:
- Ability to read and understand construction documents including project plans, specifications, and shop drawings.
- Clear understanding of the documentation and processes between the owner, architect and contractor.
- Clear understanding of commercial construction means and methods.
- Strong communication skills & leadership ability.
- Must be computer literate, preferring experience with Procore, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project and other construction related software.
- Construction degree a plus.

Job Details
Qualifications:
- Strong portfolio of completed commercial construction industry projects
- 5+ years experience in Construction (preferred) with a minimum 5+ years overall experience
- Positive attitude and a true team player
- Construction degree a plus.
