Commercial:
Retail – Office – Medical Mostly interior / exterior renovations / buildouts

~5+ years of field supervision
~Knowledge of Microsoft Word /Excel
~Ability to work with contractors, architects, tenants, and municipalities
~Project Management: Ability to read blueprints, estimating/budgeting,
permits, utilities
~Thorough understanding of construction industry practices, processes, and standards

Full time position
Monday – Friday
7:30 am to 5:00 pm

$100 k + plus full benefits
