Job Title: Commercial Superintendent

Location: Albuquerque, NM

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Superintendent to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience managing commercial ground-up projects and will be responsible for overseeing all on-site activities to ensure timely and successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all phases of ground-up commercial projects (Office, Healthcare, Industrial, Religious, and Retail)
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Lead and supervise the construction team, ensuring safety compliance (OSHA 30 required)
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to maintain smooth project progress
• Track project milestones, budgets, and schedules while maintaining clear communication with all parties
• Implement and enforce safety and quality standards across the job site
• Provide regular progress updates to project managers and other stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Superintendent role managing similar ground-up projects
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
• OSHA 30 Certification is required
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
