THE BASICS
Pay: We offer a competitive salary between $100,000 to $125,000/year.
Schedule: As a full-time Construction Site Supervisor, you will enjoy a balanced work schedule, working Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 3 PM. Say goodbye to weekend work, and relish in your time with family and hobbies outside of the job!

YOUR DAY AS A CONSTRUCTION SITE SUPERVISOR - SUPERVISING FOREMAN
In your role as a Construction Site Supervisor, you will manage daily operations at various construction sites, ensuring that projects remain on schedule and within budget. You will start the day guiding your crew and coordinating with subcontractors to align efforts and maximize efficiency. As you read and interpret blueprints, you will layout project plans and communicate effectively with your team to foster a collaborative environment. Your leadership will ensure safety regulations are strictly followed, while your hands-on approach will help maintain quality and craftsmanship in every aspect of the build. Throughout the day, you will tackle challenges as they arise, drawing on your experience to guide your team toward successful project completion.
REQUIREMENTS FOR A CONSTRUCTION SITE SUPERVISOR - SUPERVISING FOREMAN
- 5+ years of experience in heavy civil or utility construction in a supervisory role
- Ability to read blueprints and lead the crew
- Ability to coordinate with subcontractors and project management team
- Ability to communicate with Owner or Owner's reps
- GPS layout experience
Experience with athletics is preferred.
