Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Construction Site Superintendent to manage large civil engineering projects, including road paving and commercial site development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in drainage systems, grading, and roadway construction, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily construction activities for road paving and drainage projects.
• Manage project timelines and ensure adherence to schedules.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
• Conduct site inspections for quality and compliance.
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.
• Collaborate with project managers to address on-site challenges.
• Prepare documentation and reports for stakeholders.
• Lead regular site meetings for effective communication.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in civil engineering projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods for paving and drainage.
• Proven leadership skills in managing teams and subcontractors.
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field preferred.
• Proficient in reading construction blueprints.
• Familiarity with project management software.
• OSHA certification is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Working Conditions:

• On-site work in various weather conditions.
• Evening or weekend work may be required.
